Of course it sucked, Meghan McCarthy worked on it.
They don’t see most of the shitposting unless they are going after it (as in visiting places like /mlp/ or searching for fan reactions). They Do get negative stuff through their own twitters though, but they also get a lot of love and positive reactions.
