It also substitutes characters for one-dimensional archetypes that are all completely unrelatable because there is not a single one anywhere in between blithering moron or asshole for the sake of being an asshole. When clown troll moron starts killing everyone FOR NO RAISIN and it had absolutely no impact whatsoever, I just couldn’t take that shit anymore. I liked Problem Sleuth enough to read that through, so I was willing to give Hussie the benefit of the doubt and suffer through the schlock that preceded that… arc, I guess?… but that just completely broke my resolve.

I discovered Homestuck because of ponies.  
And I rather like it.

Homestuck is absolutely a mystery to me. I’ve given it a shot, but it seemed like just another generic series that substitutes creativity for pop culture references and manatee gags.

I used to know what Homestuck is. Then I stopped reading it. Eventually, I regained my vision.

I hate to admit it, but I’d be the one desparately looking for hand-sanitizer. (Or would bring my own.) Ironically, Rarity is one of my favorite ponies to.
