Yup, it was needs, not wants, but otherwise you were spot on.
Well sure, when you say it as plainly as that, it sounds boring. Y’know, if you leave out the context, attitude, inexplicable magic, and the battleships.
It showed off Trixie’s clearly defined goal, and transferred nicely into her going about achieving that goal in a logical manner.
“The Great and Powerful Trixie, wants some peanut butter crackers.”

I actually thought it was rather graphic for a kids movie.
I disagree, I felt it had more funny/amusing moments then those personally.
