Also yes, she wouldn’t have done it without the help of her friends. Guess what the show is called. And it’s not like she’s never going to see them again.

Because nothing says character development like fixing a mess you created in the first place, and getting rewarded a position of political power. And don’t start with “she single-handly saved Equestria multiple times”. Well, guess what, she wouldn’t have gotten anywhere without her friend’s help.

I’m sorry, but outside of getting royal guards to look the other way if shit hits the fan, I don’t see Twilight being about to do ANYTHING now that she wasn’t already able to do before..

We already kinda saw a preview of what “Princess Sparkle” is going to be like in the E.G. movie. I’m glad to say she’s just as adorkable, awkward, and as much of a worry-wart as ever. So she’s still the same Twilight Sparkle, even with a new title, and wings.
 
Plus the way I see it, as a princess, she (and her friends) might be able to do more in the series now. Tara Strong kinda hinted at that in an interview.

What I still can’t get is that no one saw this coming even though it should have been obvious from the get-go. People still blame it on Hasbro when they likely had nothing to do with Twilight actually becoming an Alicorn, now of course they’re going to milk the living hell out of it, and they’re probably to blame for the garish pink dress and possibly the musical number, but it was likely in Laurens original show idea that Twilight would become an ALicorn seeing as how it was her idea that Twilight would succeed Celestia, you can’t succeed an immortal goddess who raised the sun and moon and ruled a country for a thousand plus years if for just a weak little mortal

I’m still waiting for Applejack’s truck to appear in the show. That needs to be in the show, I say.
