I wouldn’t say Porcina is their ‘mistress’, almost from the start they talk about manipulating her and getting rid of her when she’s no longer useful.
Okay, that’s bad.
Bald, not beld.
Well, they kidnapped ponies in order to get their hair and then cut them beld without their permission.
And when they discovered that pony hair magically grow out almost instantly, they keep them as slaves weaving their own hair.
And the cloak they made?
It’s being used by their mistress to turn every pony into glass.
Doesn’t sound terribly menacing to me.
They are “bad guys” working for a magic pig that promised them their own kingdom in the future.
They cut off pony hair to make a cloak to their mistress.
Those are bird weasels or something, call themselves ‘raptorians’.
