If I recall correctly, all those motherly characters with big breasts are actual mothers, and honestly, the way Fluttershy treats animals is basically they way most people treat animals.
It´s cause of the whole “big tits = motherhood/godo mom” stuff due Fluttershy being so child-friendly/raising lots of baby animals/takes care of lots animals. Though havigg big breasts doesn´t automatical make you a good mom.
Hence “blatant stereotypes”

The bust. That ridiculously big bust that completely clashes with the rest of the image. A lot of Fluttershy humanizations have the same issue, people just randomly “feel” that a huge bust make sense for her. Most of the time they don’t even have an actual reason that isn’t resorting to blatant stereotypes.
