And also Goodbolt was removed by all documents, official or otherwise. Scootaloo legally has NO. BIOLOGICAL. FATHER. And even if Scootaloo were to get her Cutie Mark and Goodbolt was released from exilement, he would get a new name and still have no legal biological family ties. And by then Scootaloo would already be living with Firefly and Bifröst as parents, and Rainbow Dash and Flying Colors as sisters.

1: Goodbolt is not allowed to be killed for now as an exile; they are legally invincible. Killing an exile would mean that the killers would die themselves. But he does have a choice: when Scootaloo will get a Cutie Mark, Goodbolt will lose the exile treatment, and will either be killed or go again to Equestria depending on which direction the Great Gong spins. (the Great Gong is a spinning circle mounted on a swing-like thing.)  
2: Celestia let Goodbolt be dewinged and castrated because it is law on Saiim’erah s’ old land. And because Celestia likes to see torture. And Goodbolt was castrated\dewinged by two very strong people from the Exile Force of Saiim’erah s’ land.

i do not know about that fanfiction, so if Posey and Sunburst being Fluttershy s’ parents, or Bifrost and Firefly being Rainbow Dash s’ parents comes from here, i did not know.

And, he was exiled from Equestria because he already lived here. Goodbolt basically RAPED Saiim’erah. Neither of them loved each other, Goodbolt just wanted to have fun and be a rebel, while Saiim’erah was paid for it.
 
And the “exile in girlfriend s’ hometown” is not new. The Doctor s’ parents were a Time Lord with the courtesy name of Ulysses, and an human woman named Penelope Gate who builded a time-machine. When Penelope gave birth to The Doctor, she was trasformed into a Time Lord called The Woman, and lived with the Doctor on Gallifrey, while Ulysses was exiled on Earth to live with Penelope s’ parents, and ripped off of his Time Lord powers. Now, Ulysses goes by Daniel Joyce.
 
But, actually i never watched an episode of Doctor Who, so i just go by what the wikia says. And by what the fandom thinks, and by the MLP fandom’s Doctor Whooves stories.
 
I think it may be even deeper than Homestuck. And there are a lot of deaths and blood. And it is supposedly for kids.

and technically with one parent still alive she’s not an orphan. yes she has no contact but still not technically orphan. and why in the name of celestia did celestia let whoever castraded and dewinged goodbolt get away with it?

Uh, the Cake Twins were a pegasus and an unicorn born from two earth ponies that had unicorn and pegasi in the family tree.
 
Bifrost (Pegasus) + Firefly (also Pegasus) = Rainbow Dash (still Pegasus) and Flying Colors (also a Pegasus).

The Firefly in this is based off the same pony that Faust based Dash on, a G1 pony, and Bifröst is a name for the pony we saw her with in the flashback in Games Ponies Play, aka Rainbow Dad, so not really OCs and both are pegasi.

Half Unicorn? I never read that fanfiction. Both Firefly and Bifröst are Pegasi in canon.

Rainbow Dash as an abusive sibling? NO I say! NO! and I prefer the scoots is an orphan idea not some offspring from two ocs. as well as the idea of shy and dash being the only children of their families. with that my rant is over.
