She is already quite cute without all those cosmetics. And I like how she doesn’t go overboard with the beauty products which often times makes a female scary looking. Yeah, IMO opinion she could do without the cosmetics, but either way shes fine.

despite how much I like Rarity, I can’t stand the fact she is not a natural beauty, finding she wears fake eyelashes and to much makeup was a big disapointment, but Rita Hayworth said: “Every man I have ever known has fallen in love with Gilda and awakened with me” so I can’t blame Rarity for that, but I would prefer she were a little more natural.

I find Sweetie to be more like Pinkie than her sister in terms of her character.

As long as Adult Sweetie has the same eye shape as Rarity I’ll be very, very happy.

If someone cared bout my opinion, I’d say that it’s not guaranteed. If we take a look on humans, some of them are pretty in childhood but have a generic look grown-up, and some of them are pretty only as adult.
 
Besides, Rarity was designed to look pretty (for someone who thinks different, let’s say she looks better than average) as a graceful mare, and Sweetie Belle is designed to look pretty as a little cute filly. We can’t know for sure.
