In one state, the limit was somewhere around twenty. In the other, at least fifty.
Could be different for different states.
Also I could be totally wrong, I haven’t rented a book from the library for well over a year, I have to many at home I need to read.
Really? I haven’t actually hit the limit on books at a time, but the limit ot both the libraries I’ve used out of school were well into the double digits.
Most have been like that for me, I think. I can’t recall the actual limits, though.
