Production quality and polish go a long way towards attracting a larger audience. Jon especially realizes that now after Game Grumps, which is probably why his “Season 2” is taking so long.
That and he’s a really lazy guy.
I’ll agree with you on THAT point, he was starting and using a shitty camera and such. But he’s probably got one of the strongest beginnings I’ve seen as opposed to other people I enjoy like Nostalgia Critic.
Yeah. I know. I liked it.
It’s still kind of funny, don’t get me wrong. But the production quality and polish isn’t there like it is in his newer videos.

Also, the new ones with Barry are good too. Barry has comedic timing down pat.
Eeeeh, Danny and Ross can be funny on their own sometimes but I think the episodes with egoraptor in the mix are better.
Hell yeah.
Their first Hotline Miami episode isn’t that good, but the rest are handy dandy.
