My problem with this particular page is not the subject matter itself or even the aesthetic execution of the said subject. My problem with this page is that Babs Seed’s pleasurable reaction to her inflated cheeks makes it all too clear that this is a personal fetish fulfillment and thus doesn’t serve to be effectively arousing to everyone (if anyone) else.
 
The thing about fetishes like inflation, weight gain, muscle growth, etc etc is that the concepts themselves weren’t created explicitly for our arousal. Having that said, the reason why inflation material in mainstream media (example: Applejack in SaYS) is so well-appreciated is because the artists and writers who make that stuff happen don’t see it as fetish material and thus are better able to make the characters’ reaction to the inflation more believable. And when we’re able to believe the characters’ behavior more, we can immerse ourselves in the moment more efficiently and that make our arousal more fulfilling. With that in mind, having a character react pleasurably to a scenario that wasn’t created to be pleasurable negatively affects our willing suspension of disbelief and takes us out of the moment.
