Bond’s wedding and extremely short-lived marriage from the book are both adapted in the film.
“Her Majesty” would be Chrysalis.
This leaves soo much space for interpretation…
Part authors having fun, part Tealove’s delusion after getting hit on the head.
The wedding chapel must be “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service”, it’s the only one where Bond was actually wed (book-wise, dunno about film)
Skiing might be a reference to “For your eyes only” too. “The world is not enough” had a scene too.
For the Blofeld I actually can’t remember if Bond ever confronted Blofeld in person, let alone with his girlfriend around…

I… would so read that too. Just page after page of romance fantasies mixed in with the fantasizing mares sabotaging each other - while Mac continues on mostly oblivious to the war behind him.
Also, in Rarity’s fantasy, Rarity must throw the bouqet to Rarity in the crowd. For consistancy.
