I was never much of a fan of multi-colored hair to begin with, and while your character looks extremely similar to Blackjack from Project Horizons (which I’ve long since stopped reading), you should have the freedom to post your art wherever you want.
Just want to give some friendly advice and I’m off to work.
Creating something original and unique is truly more precious than something you plucked pieces from another’s originality.
Don’t let your character be remembered as another Blackjack.
Let it be remembered as Facade.
quick, make Facade look like Silver Storm/Hired Gun!

You’ll have to understand if I don’t believe you right away when the first thing you do is pull the grandfathering card.
Having an armor vaguely similar is a shout out. Having armor that looks practically the same, is a rip.
The Black, red, and white character color scheme is common, but whose to say you’re not trying to make your character Blackjack, especially when a trace a picture of Blackjack.
The armor was a shoutout to her. I made this OC in between the gap between S1 and S2, and did not even know that ANYTHING FO:E even existed. If I were to put this “terrible Blackjack impersonation” in story-canon armor, it would be the Equestrian equivalent to Chinese Stealth Armor.

I mean the clothing and armor look really darn close, and who else in the FO:E universe sported a ‘99’ with cyberlimbs?
Prolly the way she’d wind up if Glory and the rest of her crew died. Kind of a suped up version of the lonesome road perk “Lonesome Road”?
(Grievous: You no longer can travel with companions. Being almost fully cybernetic helps slightly dull the pain. +10% DAM, +10%DR, +30 Rad Resist +30 Poison Resist (hey, she ain’t a robot, so she still can’t be immune to rads and poison!))

What I don’t respect are obvious rips on another character.

perhaps you shoulda re-stated in the desciption that the stable 99 ßarding is an intentional shout out to ßlackjack, and he won’t ße actually wearing it, ever

There should be more users/Background Ponies on this site. I just don’t understand why people get so angry at COLORS! COLORS! Not a shitty personality, or a Mary Sue/Gary Stu-ish backstory, but fucking COLORS!
Derpibooru is full of users who love to rip into anything they dislike, and there’s not many who give constructive criticism. It’s up to you whether you want to hang around. (IMHO, your art’s OK, and while I’m not generally a fan of red/black color combinations on ponies, I think it’s all right here since you didn’t go overboard with it.)
