this reminds me of when I’ll be at the bus station and I’ll see a black woman walking around in a pair of pants and a tube top that are the same color as their skin. (I have not observed this “stylistic choice” being made by white women yet, so it appears to be specific the black subculture where I live. also, when I say subculture I am referring to it being a subsection of my city’s local customs specific to those of mostly african descent. I mean no offense with my comments.)
