No longer bound to Takashi Shoumuh’s stand Lesson Zero, Fong develops a new version of the stand he was once given that better reflects the power he wields.  
ABILITIES;  
Sense Restoration & Removal- the primary ability is to alter the status of any organic lifeform’s physical senses - sight, hearing, touch, smell and touch. It can either restore one of these senses (provided there is still a physical organ that can utilize this sense) or simply shut one of these senses off. Only one sense can be altered per lifeform.  
Eye Spy- the secondary ability is to create a single eye familiar that allows the user to see everything the eye familiar sees. The range is about a single mile maximum.  
Medusa’s Eyes- the only real combat potential of this stand comes from a powerful deathly glare from either the Stand or the user. If the stare is from the user it basically instills freezing fear upon any lifeform it looks in the eye, but if the stare is from the Stand the effects are much more severe and possibly capable of internal physical trauma.
