Pricing of the commission may vary depending on the complexity, details may be discussed further on private messages or Skype. (Skype is highly prefered.)  
Full payment is required to begin the commission.  
I do both SFW and NSFW. (I do have certain limitations to what I will draw so please ask first.)  
If commissioning an OC PLEASE supply 2 or more reference pictures, I cant work off of a detailed description.  
The time of the commission may vary depending on my work schedule and your response on the approval process. (If the color ares correct, line art eneds to be adjusted etc.)  
The Copyrights of the commissioned piece belong to me. you do not have permission to sell your commission. You are allowed to post your commission where ever you see fit.

Actually the copy write goes to Lauren Faust and the executives of Hasbro. Sadly legally once you sell your art that is it you no longer have rights to it so it can be sold and resold as often as the owner wants. When someone buys art work they buy the rights to that art. as an artist if you want to sell your work then you sell the rights to that work. Sadly that is life its why freelancers make so much.
