Now… I do ship these two. I really do. I ship them hard. And not just in a “he’s a bastard, she’s a bitch” way like most of the few who ship them do. I really do see them as compatible and they offer up, to me at least, many opportunities for humor.
 
But… I also never want Trixie to become a Princess (even if Blueblood is SUPPOSED to be a Duke. I don’t want Trixie to be Duchess either though.)
 
And this is ALSO the opportunity to torture somepony.
 
And though I do kinda like Trixie, I much prefer torturing her. Making her fall in love with her half-sister first should’ve given that away. I just love making her unhappy.
 
I’ll find a way to make Blueblood unhappy in all of this too but thanks to a friend I kind of LIKE him now.
