I am honestly failing to see how that relates to what I wrote in any manner. Unless, of course, it’s another attempt to shift blame from your artistic abilities and onto outlying factors for why this piece is bad. I think it will be safe to assume that this discussion has reached an end, as one of the parties has stopped actually trying to make this a conversation worth having. Though the individual in question never truly tried to begin with.

I think you’re deliberately avoiding what should be obvious. What I am saying is that the art is low quality; poor line-work and a disappointing palette choice. However I took a brief browse through your artist-tag here and the works of yours that were legitimately your work (not vectors) were of the same level of work.
 
I would normally not take the interest to leave such a comment, but your attempt to divert a lack in current skill by saying “Its my first dragon oc” was quite sad. Admitting to a lack in quality doesn’t mean you cannot become a good artist later, but blaming something else for poor art is likely to influence you to not put in the effort you need to make that progress.
