Description
Spike goes to Idaho with Mickey, Donald, and Goofy who was talking about an amusement park named “Potatoland” but I’m not so sure that Spike believes him.
This is only for the new shorts airing on Disney Channel and the DisneyShorts channel on YouTube. The feel of the shorts are supposed to be a throwback to the late 1920’s to the early 1930’s.
For the new shorts, they went back to the original designs of the characters from the early 1930’s. Their basic designs are easier to animate in flash, as well as lend themselves easier to exaggerations, double takes, and slap stick humor that these new shorts lean towards.
Not so much an asshole, but finally he’s someone who won’t take anyone’s crap again. The way he responds to Donald’s jerkishness in the short “No Service” is hilarious, and they have him go ballistic trying to catch a rogue hotdog (yes, you read that right) in “New York Weenie.”
Did Disney finally thaw out Walt and teach him Flash?
what where they thinking when the decided to take it back such a large step?
Or rather what where they smoking…
