This is the track art by Tamra at Tumblr for “Clouds Over the Orchard”, one of the many tracks included in Canterlot Universitys music album, “Coming True”!
 
Of course, the actual album will have the track art at a better quality.

It looks as if AJ is spending her last day watching the sunset over the orchid she has harvested and cared for all these years after being happy and relieved that another will take great care of it maybe applebloom before finally passing on.

Also, I’m totally and positively not sure about the artist’s name. I feel there’s something else on Derpibooru by her.
