It’s possible that Celesita knows about him, but he’s probably too minor to be a threat which could NOT be the case at all. I have a feeling he could be hiding something secretive sometime in the future of the show. Either in the show’s plot, or by himself…

Yeah, it’s his ancient race’s forgotten language. Translated, it means “GRAARRGGLLBLBLRRGHHH”. In some dialects, it’s rendered as “RRRALLLGBABABHAHBAB”.
He was screaming for the lead henchguy.
Eh, I thought up he’s the last of his race, who died out long ago. {He was imprisoned in some magical item or something, and Daring accidentally released him in one of her first adventures.}
But then again, from Twilight’s shelf at the end of “Read It and Weep”, Yearling’s written about 14 books that probably all end with her stopping him. With that level of success on his part, Celestia probably doesn’t care what happens so long as she gets an advance copy of the next book.
He is a giant walking villain cliché and he’s hysterical.
