Errrr? Here let me explain, u see this is a thing called pocket universes and a void that has different doctors for each universes. It’s quite obvious really, well for me, that this doctor is a “mirror image” what 12 is.

No the Doctor seemed to have had the blessing to hijack the Masters new Regeneration Cycle. Only the Old-fags probably got it though. Since that “Seal” Thingy was (and, is!), canon to the 20th Anniversary Five Doctors Special.
 
So it seems that the Timelords activated that Seal for the Doctor instead which would make Capaldi both the 13th, and the First MkII again…
