its not like they even needed to take rarity out of the show due to manehattan anyway, season 3 had that whole wonderbolts academy shindig and next episode rainbows lobbing lightning bolts at aj with no traces of that goddamn place

That’s the other thing, we’ve seen Rarity send her work out before, why would she need to stay in Manehattan for this if she can work on it from home? At the very least she could have taken Coco on as her Manehattan affiliate so she could go home and stay connected to her obligation.

Well it’s only written by one person Dave Polsky. So yeah. Incidently enough Coco is voiced by Cathy Weseluck.

Why writers, why won’t you do something like this??
 
I think it is these kinds of things that the show needs to do, so it keeps fresh and exciting.

I’m planning on it actually.

I thought for sure that was gonna happen, instead of Rarity just letting Coco take her job. She could have been a minor recurring character that appears every other episode, like Thomas, in Regular Show.
 
Oh well, some fanfic writers will take care of that, I’m sure.

That’s just poor career planning, and a missed opportunity for a new recurring character.

I almost flipped a table when Rarity passed her off to the unnamed musical director. It seems that new recurring characters only get added every once in a blue moon. And Coco seemed like she’d make a good new addition to the cast.

Which wouldn’t have been a real problem. I mean, in previous seasons, not all the characters were present in each episode. {Except Twilight in season 1.}
 
It’s just something that is bugging me in this season. The episodes seam to want to make sure all the main six (and Spike) are in each and every episode. I can see why they’re doing it (to showcase their friendship and build up to the season finale) I just hope season 5 won’t.

Someone needed to go work for the musical designer person. If Coco became Rarity’s assistant, then Rarity would have to stay in Manehattan.

Why didn’t Rarity hire her? I mean, it seemed like it was going to do that. She would have been a great recurring character.  
But nope, she gets to work for some pony who we never saw…We’re never going to see her again, are we?

I WISH Rarity had taken her on. That would have made this episode truly great.

Then why didn’t happen!? I mean, becoming her own mare and getting a big deal as she did is awesome but I still wish she ended up as Rarara’s apprentice.
