Description

Given all the bullshit that’s Hasbro has pulled since she left, it’d have to be AU, but still!

What if Faust is writeing fan fiction, but under a false name? She can’t use her real name as Hasbro would think she was trying to stage some sort of coup…

And then Faust writes completely trolling, wose than Twilight, Donut Steel out the ear fan fiction, just to see how many will accept it anyway.

Yeah, she said she would’ve wanted more episodes like Stare Master or Feeling Pinkie Keen. Slice of life until the very end where it becomes adventure-esque. She never said shew anted to go Sailor Moon with it.

Personally, I rather be in an alternate universe to see how the show wouldve been if she had the same free atmosphere that McCarthy has now. But honestly, I think that her aims to tell her stories vs Hasbro aiming to sell toys wouldve happened anyway as it still is with McCarthy today.

So actually, Im just hoping one day she tells us what she wouldve done with the show in detail AND more importantly, I hope she manages to create another show soon. She’s on Disney and there’s a lot of talent (her husband, Renzetti, Paul Rudish, and others) and there’s the fact that shows like Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder, and etc arent toy-based shows (more freedom, no corporate BS).

I recall her saying she’s thought about using some unused ideas from FiM into her future projects.

I’m not a “Faust purist”; the show was good in the first two seasons because Lauren and Hasbro could balance each other out. A drastic shift in either direction would’ve been bad, though not equally so.

The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

You know, everyone complains about the direction the show took after Lauren left, but who here is upset they didn’t make her first version of the show? The Sailor Moon esque-adventure driven series, with the entire first season being about fighting Nightmare Moon?

Now don’t get me wrong, while I do think that idea would have made a much better show, I still think the program we got is more good then bad, but shouldn’t these die hard Lauren purist hate all seasons of the entire program, since none of it was her true vision?
