Even with that, you’re still a long way from proving theft of concept based upon a litany of sources that could have been drawn upon for the design.

Have to admit they’re similar but not precise copies of each other…
 
And we don’t know when they started primary animation for Frozen–if it had been before Season 3 and us first seeing the Crystal Empire’s Castle, then they’re in the clear. If it was during or after, then they’ve got some explaining to do.
