Detailed syntax guide

That’s a cool obscure reference, except that the tatzelworm has nothing in common with this creature besides being a serpent. It’s a fat cat-eyed legless lizard, sometimes with two degenerate limbs, that can be mistaken for a stump before it strikes. That’s not even the (usual) spelling.

From what I’ve been reading on the Tatzlwurm, they’re supposed to be about six feet long.

So they really are Little ponies.

@Altrivius Kind of surprising, considering that METAL! imagery is kind of the norm for MLP. Just look at the first TV special, “Escape from Midnight Castle”. THAT one featured a Satan-look-alike riding a giant dragon. Then a Satan centaur riding a flying chariot pulled by giant pony-turned-dragons.

MLP has always had a tendency to feature rather metal imagery and content. Still, even with the Tatzlwurm that we got, it was rather metal.

This just is really weird to me. As someone who grew up in the Alps, I grew up with stories of the Tatzlwurm. Which usually look like this:

Basically like a giant serpent with the forelegs and head of a cat.

Now he has a name, I feel bad that he got sick and has no friends to help him get well.

I’m surprised Fluttershy didn’t nurse him back to health too.

it got me by surprise, but it really looks like the feathered serpent of the aztec mitology:

And its obscure habit of eating people, or ponies in this case:
