Wow. Where do I start? Well, this piece is outstanding! Simply said. Can you imagine Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin, with the reality-warping powers of Discord, the Spirit of Chaos and Harmony? Can you also imagine Peter Parker, the Amazing Spider-Man, and Twilight Sparkle are the only ones left to stop him? At any rate, yes. That is what’s happening here. The scenery is intense, as if the structure of the world and reality is struggling to stay intact. Obviously, this Osborn is based more of his Ultimate counterpart.
Yeah, but that’s only in Ultimate. Classic Goblin is still in effect back over in the good ol’ 616.
Apparently the people of Marvel decided that Green Goblin looked too interesting in his traditional costume (or even the costume from the first Tobey McGuire Spider-Man movie), so they decided to make him look like the Abomination because…

As said in the description, this Green Goblin’s appearance is based on the one in the Ultimate Spider-man cartoon.
