CRAYONS!!
i have a “tablet”…an adesso cyber tablet w10…but it’s kinda crappy. i don’t understand how you use something like that…it’s just a big slab of black plastic with no display.
p.s. stay with it.
SAI is fun, I’m learning to use it slowly but I lack a tablet, which is making the process a little more difficult it needs to be. XD
I keep a bunch of colored pencils nearby so I can draw when not near the laptop, and because I love traditional art, but it’s been quite a learning curve trying to master proper textures, blending, etc. with them thus far. I gotta practice moar, methinks
heh heh…it’s so caveman, right? planning on easing into the whole SAI Tools / tablet thing soon…but i don’t know…doing it this way has its own charm, too.
Love me some traditional work. Colored pencils don’t work too well for ponies in my experience but it’s a hell of a lot of fun using ’em anyway!
