He’s been doing this for the past 2 weeks and people keep paying attention to him as if anything he said had any sort of value.
 
He knows Simple Ways won’t change a THING about Sparity.  
He knows the episode isn’t really about “Rarity doesn’t care about Spike”.  
He knows if it has ANY kind of impact in Sparity, then it’ll be a positive one.
 
But guess what?  
He also knows that spouting shit about it gets people rilled up.  
He’s a troll, and you’re all just been giving him a feast for the past 2 weeks…

Spike: “I traded in my extra spikes for increased size! Come to bed and I’ll show you just how big I’ve gotten.”
