Perhaps to give some explanation: I believe this is art requested by/done for a series of (mostly write) threads on /mlp/ detailing the misadventures of Princess Applejack and the world of insanity around her.
 
Changelings become goodguys, sort of, mostly incompetent or highly unlucky good guys, and in their grand sense of originality, they all call themselves “Applejack X number” regardless of their actual gender, or if their number is even accurate to how many changelings there actually are left, and some (a lot) took to even wearing Applejack wigs, to make them stand out more.
 
I think this is supposed to be Applejack Number 2.

I was gonna make a lame joke about her liking waffles, but that’s a great idea.
