… I never said that. I said that males (Except for certain animal kingdom examples) would typically be larger. That does not imply that there can’t be females taller than males, just that it’s more typical for a male to be the tall one.  
Also, if we’re going to resort to name calling, you could at least try something a little more powerful. You bloody galah.

So you aren’t able to accept variations in appearance within a group. You must get lost a lot.

maybe because it’s easier to fill a scene up with BGponies as all the same base size with different color fills, mane and tail sets, noses, and eye colors and the different shaped males are to show that they are ‘important’ in the story and that they are growing more familiar with flash. Also mane 6 sharing body shapes for same reason.

So were going to accept sexual dimorphism takes place without comment, but were not going to bring attention to the way this species has every female and non-named male character growing to the exact same height?

It just seems like they made all the characters for season 1 the exact same height for toy/hasbro reasons, then started introducing new ones of different heights later that make the former seem weird.
 
I get that its the easiest way of making the character models distinctive. but it just makes me yearn for a MLP where all the mane6 had subtly different character models (maybe Rainbow Dash is short! Fluttershy has long legs! Pinkie is a bit pudgy! Maybe RARITY is a bit pudgy! * Gasp! *)

Have you ever heard of the phrase ‘Sexual Dimorphism’?

i hate how almost all stallion characters seem to be taller than the mane6. Barring Big Macintosh (whos named it, so obviously people are bringing attention to the fact hes tall) its just a weird choice when all ponies seem to be around the same height usually.
 
They should have varied all the heights from the beginning instead of changing half-way through. And upped Macintosh to Celestia size just so theres no doubt that guy is a big motherfucker.
