Yes, most seemed to like it, but not enough to shout from the heavens about it. It was just a thing that happened and then Season 4 started.
 
Meanwhile, the ones who hated it almost always feel the need to point out how much they hated it.

the first one of the original EQG was definitely bleh to me, the second one though had more of the FiM feel to it.
 
One thing that i noticed a ton of people ignoring though is that a lot of bronies actually liked EQG, yet the way many people paint it nowadays was that it was universally despised. am i saying it was the best thing ever, no. it had it’s problems, but i thoroughly enjoyed it
