I like the Tumblr option because it has each panel as a separate image instead of a huge image with everything together that is either too small to read, or so large it tries to crash my system.

The artist who does the Scootaquest comic and these sneeze pics are not the same person. Two different people.
Personally, I love the Scootaquest comic and it has gotten better from when it first started. Should give it a try if you haven’t.

These pictures aren’t made to only satisfy people’s fetishes (unless they were commissions I suppose). The artist himself doesn’t have a sneezing fetish, he made the Scootaloo Quest comic where everypony is sick so that’s why there’s a lot of sneezing ponies. Outside his comic and uploads there really aren’t any pictures uploaded that could be considered ““fetish fuel”” or uploaded with the intent of satisfying people.
Why the guy likes sneezing ponies? Idk, maybe he thinks they’re cute, but I do know he doesn’t have a fetish for it, last I heard.

Lurks-no-more explained it pretty well, but if it’s still hard to wrap your head around; have you ever watched the movie ‘Friends With Benefits’? If you have, remember that scene where it seems the guy’s about to orgasm but sneezes instead. They are very similar in terms of how we do them (sound, build up), and how our bodies trigger and deliver them (inhaling, quick strong muscle contractions), and like Lurk said: perhaps the wiring in our brains gets crossed. Very much like how when some people walk out of a dark room into light they sneeze because the ‘wiring’ that tells our pupils to contract rests on or brushes up against the ‘wire’ that sends the message to sneeze.

There are several known cases where a person, usually a woman, has an orgasm when they sneeze. Much more often, it’s the other way around, with people sneezing when they have an orgasm.
Apparently, as both reactions include rapid and reflexive muscle spasms, they’re handled by related parts of the brain and sometimes the wiring gets crossed, so to speak.
