There’s 100% Cacao Chocolate? I learn every day.
Indeed, I tried 100% before as well. I kept chewing and kept thinking, “Okay, when is the goodness going to kick in?” It never did. Without sugar, there was no goodness to be had, heh.
One of these days I need to see how high a percentage I can take before I can’t eat it. I know 100% is to much already.

I think I have had the bars and also found them quite acceptable but then again I also like my coffee strong and black, but as for the powder not only is it bitter it is also otherwise very bland. I mean it makes sense and all but just saying.
I’m training to be a baker, and they make you taste many different kinds of chocolate. Yes, even the pure stuff.
The high cacao content tiles? Yep. In fact, the seventy-five one Pipsqueak’s eating up there is just about my favorite intensity.
That or an eighty one if I feel bittersweet enough myself.
