Well yeah, if we assume an adult-looking human Spike = Humanized “adult” dragon Spike, then that means massive strength level, near-invulnerability, either high magic resistance or flat-out immunity, incinerating firebreath, and depending on the humanization level, the unbreakable fangs/claws thing as well. So ok, while in terms of pure raw power alone he definetly has the advantage over most, Windigos seem to be ethereal creatures that cannot be defeated by regular means, so Im not sure Spike would be able to pull it off.
