The needs of the many…never outweigh the needs of Fluttershy.
 
Yes, that’s right. You all can deny it if you want, but here is the fact: Bronies favor Fluttershy before absolutely anything else. And I don’t care if you’re in the “minority” or whatever, this is the truth. I witness this phenomenon in episodes, fan fics, comics, even my own damn inbox. For example, in my image called “Stay Awake” which had Rainbow and Fluttershy hurt. I was outraged by some comments who were only pitying Fluttershy when Rainbow was just as hurt. Also in a comic I follow by :iconmetal-kitty:, there is a huge event where Twilight is injured and what do the readers do? Keep raging about how Fluttershy is crying. Hell, there is a fucking page where LITERALLY there is a panel of Fluttershy crying right next to a wounded near-dead Twilight and the first three comments are saying “NO! Not Fluttershy!” I wanted to throw up.
 
Yes maybe I am being unbelievably contradictive. Well lemme keep talking: Yes I am pissed, but I ADMIT that I am bitching. There are Bronies out there who claim to love “the show” when all they do is butt-fuck Fluttershy. I know I shouldn’t be raging on something that’s on the internet seeing as I’m being no better than the people who treat her like Jesus by defending her, but whatever; this needs to be let out. And lemme guess: “Hey, even in Revenge of the Harmony, you made Fluttershy cry and seem victimized!” Yes. That is true. Why was she crying? Oh I don’t know, MAYBE HER FUCKING FRIEND GOT GORED BY A MANTICORE TO SAVE HER LIFE? And even THEN I still get goddamn comments harping on Fluttershy’s safety when there is clearly another character in need of attention.
 
Now I know they are just a bunch of lines on a TV screen, but let’s face it: no matter what, they do have impacts on us. Trust me, I love MLP:FIM, it truly had taught me some lessons and did really make me value friendship a little more. Shows, when done right, influence us and our own character. However, then there are people who just look at one aspect and ignore the lessons or flaws of the other lovable characters and just worship one thing like it’s friggin real life. They’re doing it fucking wrong.
 
Maybe I’m wrong. Who gives a shit, it’s my fucking opinion.
 
And NO this is not raging on cloppers, you guys do what you want and I’ll let you be yourself. Art is freedom. I am solely targeting the people who care absolutely for nothing other than Fluttershy, which sadly is a majority. Don’t give me damn statistics or poll count or any of that shit, this is seen by me at conventions and deviations and comments and the whole shebang.
 
Maybe I’m being a cocky, contradictive, arrogant prick? Well you know what? I know who I am and my friends do to and those who are loyal to me will respect my opinion and stick by me. If not, then honestly, all I’ve got left is my art;and thus, myself. And that’s fucking good enough for me.
