Depends on how you look at it. One of the best ways to cram for examinations is to do practice problems and questions over and over again until it becomes rote memory. It’s a pretty useful tactic.
Applejack’s answer was “I learn through experience and hours of practice” which kind of doesn’t work with, you know, a history exam you’re supposed to be taking in however many hours.
She said her way of learning was through experience….so technically, she gave Dash a generally helpful studying tip that just so happened to not apply to Dash’s specific dilemma unless she had a time machine or something. But whatever floats your boat.
