I understand, but I’m drawing characters from Dynasty Warriors franchise. If I start to draw Warriors Orochi characters (100+ chars) I’ll hang myself up :)
Da Ji was a real person from Ancient China. She was King Zhou of Shang’s favourite concubine. Described to be enticingly beautiful, manipulative, and cruel. She is often blamed to be the one who corrupted the king and thus lead the fall of the Shang Dynasty. Which was Bronze Age China.
But she is from warriors orochi, not from dynasty warriors)))
Thinking of doing Da Ji next?
Equestria always struck to me as a parallel to China for some reason. Maybe it’s because the founding of Equestria involved three tribes of ponies that fought over a land before uniting as one. Sort of like the Three Kingdoms Era of China.
While Lu Bu was real. There are debates to whether Diao Chan existed at all. She is one of the Four Beauties of Ancient China.
You know, when finished drawing her, I had the same feeling (Curious, Cadence isn’t my favorite character).
