Kilala said she knew the wings should be lower but they look better on the human part. With them on the ground, I agree with her. It does look better.

It always bothers me when the wings of a pegasus-centaur are on the human part’s back. Makes me imagine that when they fly their horse butt is made to be high in the sky while they’re putting their human half forward trying to get their wings parallel to the ground & failing.
 
What I’m saying is that I can’t imagine them flying without looking extra ridiculous.

Their wings need to be lower. Otherwise they look pretty cool, I guess. But I think the kirin is the only design that works.

In order for wings to work on centaurs, from my observation, they would have to be in a weird location; just below where the human part meets the horse part.
 
Of course, I could be completely wrong.

Is it just me or are those wings functionally useless for flight? I mean it would’ve been fine if they remained on the equine half but putting it on the human half makes it look more like an intimidation tactic akin to frilled lizards.
