Take acetaminophen (Advil) to help with the swelling. Make sure it’s kept clean, and when it starts peeling, use lotion. My biggest tattoos only took a week or so to stop hurting, so you’ll be aiight.

Then Equestrians apparently have a pretty high pain tolerance, considering they usually respond to the appearance of a cutie mark with “Yay! My cutie mark!” instead of “OH GOD! DID SOMEONE JUST SHOVE A CHAINSAW INTO MY ASS?! WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?!”
 
(Disclaimer: I have no idea what getting a tattoo feels like. Probably not like getting a chainsaw shoved up your ass. I would hope.)
