Headcanon: Ponies can build their bodies up to super density, which helps them perform and/or survive feats like cracking boulders with their bodies, having anvils and pianos dropped on their heads and beating up armies of changelings.
Alternatively, ponies in general and not just Pinkie have extradimensional anatomy.
