Yeah, they might just be generic cartoon feet. It’s not like Sonic is the only series with animal people with huge cartoony feet/shoes, and skinny legs, and such.

Kinda, but they’d probably be a bit more outlandish, or have more odd details. (Looking at Shadow’s, Marine’s, & other’s shoes.)
