Your right. I wish I had more time, but I think it came out pretty decent. Thank you all for your advice on how I can make it better.

Your front view I can see you probably spent more time with/paying attention to. Like I said before just use and abuse references. Hell even measure if you have to (I had to measure by head size for a few months). Being this was for a class you probably had time constraints. I’d recommend trying to do another but without any finishing date and see how ya do. That’s how I did my green oc pic on my page, I had no time worries and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Then the one after that was rushed and looks really meh in comparison.

I’m not really that good for constructive criticism but I’ll do my best. If I was to give something constructive I’d say his legs seem too short, his neck comes across as too tall and his eyes look too far apart. You got the mane right though and his colour code is spot on so no need to worry too much about that and some nice detail with his hooves too. Hope that helps. Also sorry for earlier comments, I didn’t know it was for a class project. ^^;

Perhaps I should have mentioned that this is my final project for my Z-Brush class. If I’m getting overly defensive, it’s because I worked my ass off only to get piss on people who probably never made a model in their life.
