Oh, come on. Let’s get real now. You are kind of blowing this thing out of proportion.

Still, I suppose this is serious enough to consider; the destruction of a fandom dedicated to pastel ponies by a few individuals’ work that has had less noticeability and outcry than the actually-not-porn of a supposedly molesting monarch should be a serious concern to us all.
 
Now, let me deconstruct some of what you say. You say “it will lead to every know[sic] imaginable species or form of life being killed, in the billions in all manners and in all different rates.” Oh dear. What will happen after this?
 
“At the end, the fandom will collapse in on itself into brutal self destruction[sic] once it reaches the apex of its imagination.” Hmm, that does sound bad. I don’t want to be around when that happens. I mean, to be around at the VERY PEAK, to see what is at the VERY HIGHEST of human imagination? Wow. That doesn’t sound good.
 
Let’s get a rough estimate of how long that would take. Unfortunately, this is going to be difficult; accurately figuring out how many ways there are to kill something in an amusing manner probably differs from organism to organism. After all, you can’t drown aquatic organisms and for some organisms, losing an arm or a leg would be painful, but not necessarily life threatening. Let’s just say, for the sake of argument, that we’re about to switch over to the next type of animal, because, after all, we have clearly used up all the ways right now and there’s no possible way to rehash what has already been done. And, because I’m suffering from lack of sleep, let’s just say this is the same for all organisms. The first fluffy pony image was uploaded to DB about two years ago. So, two years per species. Ok, how many species do we have to go through?
 
It is currently estimated that there’s around 5 ± 3 million different species. Of these, only 1,367,555 are non-insect animals. Of those, there are only 63,649 vertebrates. And let’s not forget that these creatures might not even be real! I mean, some of them could be completely fictional; from myths or what not. Hell, these things could even be some weird creature that barely resembles a pony. What we can probably agree on is that these bastards are probably going to resemble mammals; all the other types of animals lack fur. There are only 5,490 mammals. So, let’s just plus the fictional animals, let’s say we have a nice estimate of 5600 different animals to use up until the fandom goes “kersplodey”.
 
Assuming that , we only have a measly 11200 years to go. Yes, this time around 13214, the last brony will… Well. Climax and then collapse. Sounds like me in bed (with my hand… ^{%Oh god, I’m so lonely.%})
 
 
To be honest, though, from my limited research (which mostly consisted of traumatizing people on Deviantart by telling them to, and I quote, “Don’t look up fluffypony” and them doing it because they didn’t know any better) fluffypony is a very isolated trend in the fandom.
 
I’d say that the majority of fans are unaware of the phenomenon. You say “fluffy pony” to your average fedora wearer (of fedoraer, as I like to call them) and they’ll say “HOT DOGS AND PANCAKES! I LOVE MIXERMIKE!” Yes, they’d say that in those exact words. I’m not making this up. Try it sometime. Oh, sure, Fluffle Puff is arguably one of the better known OCs in the fandom, but she doesn’t count as a fluffy pony (here in DB, we don’t tag her as such).
 
So, if and when your scenario does occur, the effects would most likely be limited only to those who actually look at fluffypony images. So the collapse would be limited to the people who like this kind of thing, the people who make this kind of image… and you.
 
 
So, what I guess I’m trying to say with all this is: you’re screwed.
