And that marker never seemed to run dry.
I kind of left the show shortly after they changed the voices and such, so I’ve never seen how competent Team Rocket got.
All I know is that Team Rocket were much better at being the good guys then bad….Which makes me think that they can easily make a spin-off show of them trying to fight crime or something like that….It’d be rather enjoyable and a fresh change up.

Honestly, my favorite part of the Unova episodes is how they did away with the whole “blasting off” stuff and made them somewhat competent villains. Sure, they appeared less frequently and the Unova motto was the worst one yet… but over all, it was a major improvement for them. Too bad it didn’t last.

It’s subplot was dropped. Added to the pile of other dropped subplots.
It disappeared for a while, then showed up again in an early Advance Generation episode, and then was never seen again.
Speaking of Jigglypuff, whatever happened to it in the anime? I would fuckin’ love it if it returned in the Kalos region.
