Meet Drool, we do not know his previous name, the only thing we know is he was brought to the shelter by a woman we presume to be the mother of his now ex owner. Apparently somebody tried to use the reset trick using an old car battery. Needles to say this kind of things never work and the internet is sadly full of hoaxes.
 
Drool lost most of his locomotive capabilities, drools uncontrollably, cant eat solid food and cannot even talk. Fortunately Crush seems to understand his babbling and Drool looks decently happy given his condition.
