How about I personally answer?  
Tell me why people shouldn’t have a diaper fetish.  
Really, I’d like to hear the reason.
 
Personally I’m all over anything in the broad category of  
DEPENDENCE  
Yes, that’s it.  
Showing weakness, needing assistance of others,  
that kind of thing increases the Depths of a Relationship,  
in my opinion.
 
Incontinence and Diapers are perfect for that:  
They’re around where your normal sexual organs ARE.  
And while having a partner or family member to change you,  
it requires deep trust to expose something like that.  
And Deep Trust is exactly what yells “This is a great relationship” to the world.
 
As a Consequence, yes, I have a diaper fetish and in certain moods I’m like just behaving like a Baby, but the reason as to why may be more than “It’s comfortable” - It IS, but it’s not my main reason.
 
Let’s conclude it. I’m more Emotional than Sexual about many things.  
That’s how it all makes sense :o

Because diapers feel nice to us (as in, comfortable and/or sexually arousing).  
Some people use it in addition to having a piss fetish as well, as it helps contain the stuff they get off to.
