There are fem-class models available, I think the Sniper was the most recent one.
Personally they’re pretty cool along with their counterpart fan VAs (especially the spy), though for a few modelers I feel the modus operandi when applying R63 is to try and sex and sass up the characters a bit, which grates a little on me.
Dunno if anyone has the bright idea to both make humanised models of the poni characters, then stick em into TF2, maybe time will tell.
Na, I’m not sure there’s much difference between a Russian wife and the usual heavy.
TF2 should totally add a female version of every character. It’d be a big project, but ohhhh it’d be worth it seeing all 18 duke it out on the battlefield in one match.
Heavy Weapons Gal should totally be an amazon.
