I’d say you’re not the bad guy. Nor are you really a good guy either. Dark Souls is as morally grey and confusing as you can get, I think. The only clear ‘good’ is the Warriors of the Sun covenant, and ‘bad’ being the Darkwraiths and Gravelord Servants. And even then.

That’s pretty much what I was thinking, too. Only change I’d have is Rarity also freaking out about her appearance as a hollow, but otherwise it’s pretty much the same.
 
I know for a fact, though, that one day I’ll write a crossover fic.

Well, to be fair, a lot of the bosses are tortured souls that you’re putting out of their misery. You could play through the game totally oblivious and you wouldn’t be so bad unless you joined the darkwraiths or gravelord servants.

I know that. In fact, most people don’t have a happy ending in Dark Souls at all. Whether or not you help is irrelevant.

Applejack has the will and tenacity to press forward, she would make for a rather decent Chosen Undead given her goal driven nature wouldn’t let her stray from her path.
 
Rainbow Dash however is stupidly reckless and would get herself killed over and over again. She would run out of Humanity and eventually go Hollow.
 
Fluttershy I’m afraid would be too fearful to leave Firelink, even if she makes it that far. This is assuming mind you that they’re alone. If one of her friends went ahead of her then she would have the motivation to follow in pursuit, however reluctant she might be. Pyromancy is more suited for her due to Laurentius being a much more approachable teacher then Petrus.
 
Pinkie Pie is a sad case in that as the people she befriends begin to die off she herself loses pieces of her own will to keep going on. By the time Rhea Hollowed I’d expect she’d never have the will to leave Seath’s tower.
 
Rarity is smart, resourceful, and she has demonstrated she can defend herself when need be. But like with Fluttershy, she would need motivation to go down into the Depths and heavens forbid Blighttown, otherwise her reluctance wouldn’t allow her to defeat Quelaag and eventually Hollow as her deaths lead to the ruin of her equipment at the claws of the Gaping Dragon.
 
Twilight is easily a Mage, she would take to the Soul Arts without question. She would strive to learn all she could about the Magic of the world she was in and her quest would lead her to Seath’s Archives much like Big Hat Logan. Her fate is quite similar to the man’s in fact, with so much material that needed to be read she might lose track of the reason for being there to begin with. If she has Spike though she would remain on task (assuming he was also Undead and survived for as long as he did without Hollowing)
 
Both Twilight and Applejack would link the Fires but Twilight does so with the knowledge of there being an alternative.
 
Spike periodically invades and rekts the Cutie Mark Crusaders in Twinked Gear.
