I am by no means an expert when it comes to colloquial English, but my understanding of the phrase “gold digger,” is that it is limited to wealth. Also, a gold digger is typically after long term benefits instead of short term, wherefore the classic example of a twenty-something woman marrying a man old enough to be her father.
Actually, I think that “gold digger” is the term you are looking for
What I meant is that she stays with a stallion until she gets what she wants (favors, money, publicity, relations, etc.) and then finds somepony new. A man who carries on like this is called a womanizer. There isn’t a proper word in the English language for a female equivalent.
